Those girls are really naughty given the time period.

But, have to say, the guy in shorts looks muscular and very fit. Maybe a fitness trainer of some kind.

Kittatinny on a hot 'tinny roof

Yet another massive timbered resort hotel during the late 19th and early 20th century that went up in flames while few were around to watch it (in late October 1931). Firefighters depicted it as a tinderbox; the owners (Mssrs. Leed and Lippincott, of Atlantic City's boardwalk) depicted it as insured.
